What does the Gift Geisha gift box include?
Your gift boxes are a glowing gold filled with ivory crinkle paper, layered with rose gold tissue paper, enclosed with a handwritten note card, adorned with chic ribbon, and a faux flower.
Are you a subscription service, like BirchBox, CurlBox or others?
No, we are not a monthly subscription box service. We curate thoughtful, personal and themed gift collections for an individualistic gifting experience only when you need it most.
How long does it take to process my order?
We process orders for shipping within 72 hours. Orders received after 5:00pm are batched with the next day's orders. Order processing excludes shipping time and pick-up appointments. Shipping and Pick-up time is 2 - 4 business days. Shop closures alter standard processing and shipping times, which are reflected at Checkout.
Where do you ship?
We offer US Postal Service shipping to anywhere in the United States (Domestic and APO/ FPO/ DPO Mail) Currently, we do not ship internationally.
With various gift box sizes, what are your shipping rates?
Each gift is curated with a variety of items, which may require a Modest or Grand gift box. All prices are USPS standard flat rate. See size and pricing for the following:
Modest Gift Box (8’ x 8’) : $11.00 shipping rate

Why is "Signature Confirmation" included with shipping?
Your gifts are one-of-a-kind, so we do our best to mitigate package damage or theft. Hence, why the pretty packaging is cleverly disclosed in a USPS box. While lost and stolen packages are rare, our Return Policy does not permit gift replacement. Thus we include a Signature Confirmation to ensure your gift is received by its proper recipient.
My order tracking says, "Undeliverable." What are my options?
This means the address provided with your order is incorrect. Possibly missing an unit/ apartment number. USPS will attempt to redeliver to the addressee or will send the package back to us. At this time we will inspect the gift for care and presentation, contact you to confirm correct address, create a new shipping label and email you an invoice to process the secondary shipping fee for re-delivery. Failure to include unit/ apartment numbers are customer incurred costs.
My order tracking says, "Delivered," but my recipient never received it?
We will do our best to locate your gift by calling the carrier and the post office directly. Have your recipient take a look around their backyard/front yard/lobby/etc. -- there's a good chance it's hiding somewhere. Beyond that, unfortunately this is a rare situation that's out of our control and attributable to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim, and we'd be happy to do the same on our end!
Do you offer in-person delivery?
No. We do not hand deliver. See our "Schedule Pick-Up" alternative on the task bar and within the question below.
How and where do you allow scheduled pick-ups?
While we do not have a physical store front, simply meet your gift specialist for a scheduled gift pick-up at the MGM Grand National Harbor located at 101 MGM National Ave, Oxon Hill, MD 20745. On the Checkout page, simply select the "Gift Pick-Up," complete your purchase and go to "Schedule Pick-Up" on the task bar to make an appointment.
Gift pick-ups are also available on Pop-Up Shop dates and locations listed on the "Schedule Pick-Up" web page. Occasionally, we attend events that are not Pop-Up Shops but will offer gift Pick-Up and happily bring your gift to the location for a quick grab-n-go exchange.
I am purchasing 2 or more gifts. Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
Yes, of course! Once you select your gift box there is a "Shipping Address" text box to enter the address of your specific recipient. Simply fill-in their address and add to cart, then select your next gift box and duplicate.
**Yes, you can select the exact same gift but send to two difference addresses and Checkout all at one time.**
Should I send my Care Package to the hospital?
We will ship to hospitals, although we do not recommend doing so for reasons such as patients are routinely discharged early, hospital mail rooms may delay sorting, or packages are misplaced. If your recipient has an extended hospital stay and you choose to ship, provide specific information including the building name/ number and room number.
Can I order early for shipping at a later date?
Yes, you can. On the Checkout page, click the "Deliver by?" hyperlink to open the message box. Tell us the date on which you would like your gift to arrive. Orders shall not be less than 6 business days or exceed 45 business days.
Can I "not" write a Personal Message?
Yes. If you prefer to receive the note card blank, simply write the word "Blank" in the message box. The card will be enclosed with your order.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our product all sales are final. However, we will do our best to ensure you and/ or your recipient are pleased. Any breakage incurred in transit must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement.
Why was I charged a different sales taxes on your website?
We apologize for any misunderstanding. Our STRIPE card services do not include sales tax for Visa and MasterCard forms of payment. However, PayPal payment services include a 6% sales tax.
Do you offer gifts for Men?
No. While guys can be great, we cater to the incredible women in your life! **wink**
How do I apply FREE SHIPPING to the "Domestic Violence Survivor" gift boxes?
When purchasing a gift box to donate to a Domestic Violence Survivor at Turn Around Inc. shipping does not apply. We hand deliver your gift to the Turn Around office staff. Use free shipping code : SURVIVOR19.
What are "Beauty Service" certificates?
Occasionally we partner with Washington, DC area beauty brands to offer fun and sassy beautification service promotions as a bonus gift to you or your gift recipient. Services, promotions and brands vary. Expiration dates are identified on the certificates.

Yes, we did but not any longer. Our service offerings have shifted since we opened , however we trust the current gift collections are still ridiculously good, will meet your needs and surprise your friend just the same if not more.
